MyClean Alcoholic skin disinfectant

MaiMed MyClean A Skin Antiseptic is an alcohol-based skin disinfectant formulated with ethanol for fast and effective skin disinfection. Designed for professional use in piercing and tattoo studios, medical facilities and clinics, this ready-to-use antiseptic solution supports hygienic skin preparation before various procedures.

The formula offers a broad antimicrobial spectrum with bactericidal, fungicidal, tuberculocidal and virucidal activity according to EN 14476. It is effective against a range of pathogens, including HBV, HIV, HCV surrogate viruses, vaccinia virus, rotavirus, adenovirus and norovirus. The disinfectant also provides proven efficacy against MRSA. According to the manufacturer, norovirus is inactivated within 15 seconds.

MyClean A is free from preservatives, colourants and fragrances, offering very good skin compatibility. The antiseptic has been tested according to DGHM/VAH standard methods as well as EN 1500 and EN 12791 and is included in the VAH disinfectant list.

The convenient 250 ml spray bottle allows for targeted and easy application to the skin areas requiring disinfection. Its practical format makes it particularly suitable for professional environments where quick and thorough skin antisepsis is an essential part of daily procedures.

Contact times:

• Skin disinfection before injections and punctures of peripheral blood vessels: 15 seconds, undiluted
• Disinfection of sebaceous gland-rich skin: 1 minute, undiluted
